MN Mindbenders
MN Mindbenders is an IACT Hypnosis Chapter Meeting.
(You are responsible for your own mental health. This is NOT a support group for those who are struggling with mental health issues.)
This Chapter meeting is for those who study or utilize mind-body techniques, and want to learn or explore more. No sales or solicitation permitted at meetings!
Cost: Donation
Time: 1-3pm

"I am completely amazed at how well Jessica’s hypnosis coaching has worked for me. I was skeptical before I made my first appointment, but I knew it was time for me to make a serious change in my life. I had been afraid of dogs my whole life & I seemed to have an heightened sense whenever they were near (I would suddenly leave & family members had no idea why I left, then a dog would appear). Thanks to the two sessions I had with Jessica, I can now say that I am comfortable around dogs! It has gone so well that I have even dog-sat my brother’s 6 month old puppy! I don’t think my younger self could’ve ever imaged I’d be playing with dogs, following puppy accounts on Instagram & daydreaming about what kind of dog I would possibly want to have in the future. I feel a sense of amazement at how far I’ve come in this journey whenever I’m near a dog.
I wish I would’ve gone to Jessica earlier, & I hope you decide to seek her out for help too."
